There is Hope for America!!!

Two of many Answers to Prayers

Story # 1

 The other day Carla was praying and asking The Lord for a couch. We moved here with no furniture and only 3 air mattresses and they started to leak haha.  Carla prayed and asked the Lord if He would get us a couch, she was very specific and said "I would love an L-shaped couch and I really want it to be free!"  The next day a really wonderful woman called us and asked Carla if she needed any furniture because she had an L-shaped couch she was going to get rid of and told Carla she could have it for free!! Carla was so amazed and told the woman that is exactly what she wanted. PRAISE JESUS for this couch! It's funny that we didn't realize how often we sit on furniture in our homes until we do not have it.  Thanks to The Giver up above and special thanks to Mama Therese for being such a giver, and thanks to Isaac M. for helping carry the couch and thanks to Rod and Marion Hall for letting us use their van to get the couch!!!!  A lot of thanks going on here, but most important is thanks to the Lord who hears our every desire. If you have had a season where it felt like God was not really listening or coming through on stuff, just wait a few more months, and just know that HE IS! Even when many months ago I was so worried about moving and all the details involved for our family in Pasadena, God knew exactly what He had for us.  We are happy people. 

Story # 2

Another praise report: God cares about the little things in our life! Sometimes the big stuff and needs seem so overwhelming we wonder if God is "aware" of our situation. Then he meets us in ways you don't even realize. He was paying attention to your thoughts and desires.  We have been on a major financial crunch this year, especially since the Lord told Brandon to quit his job in January to follow "the dreams". A few months ago I saw the cutest LEGO watch online and it was only $15 but I knew we didn't have the cushion for that. I said a quick "prayer/whine" to the Lord of how I wished I could get Isaac a watch like that because he loves Lego. Fast Forward months later to now.  While in Pasadena a good friend of mine was moving away from Pasadena the week we got here. She had a bunch of items she thought we could use like a kids train table, crib mattress, wicker laundry hamper, bed pillow, baby potty, a few shoes and toys... etc. All of these things were on my list of what we needed right away... down to a "T", we lost a pillow along the way and only had 6 pillows for 7 people =(. Even the baby potty was an answer to prayer....and at the bottom of one of the boxes was a little LEGO watch just like I had wanted for Isaac a few months before. Such a specific gift is a reminder that God hears every prayer and every longing, even the ones we don't even formulate into prayers! 
God is a good Father!

Here is a very bad quality video but it will make up for itself in content haha. Last Night, Banning Leibsher from Jesus Culture invited Lou to preach at a sold out event in Long Beach. Lou and I (Brandon) drove to Long beach after an already full day of preaching and meetings. IT WAS WORTH IT!!! Here is a little clip from the worship. The whole theater was filled with over 3 thousand people. All races and ages were in the room worshiping Jesus together!! We live in a time where if we watch the news or to many facebook feeds we can be filled with despair and hopelessness. Last night gave me another chunk of hope for America. I watched young and old worshiping together in one place. The room felt like electric and the presence of the Holy Spirit was so strong. God is not done with our Nation or Generation (all people alive at the moment) America's best days are ahead of her!  Be filled with hope and encouragement. Don't listen to the media outlets! I urge and challenge you to turn off news for 40 days and go to your prayer closet and get the news from Heaven!! 

We have been praying for so long for God to show up in America and last night Banning the leader of Jesus culture shared that he feels like we are in a moment similar to that of a birth when the head of the baby is crowning and all the mother can do is continue to push. Pray! Push! Receive! Ask Seek Knock!! This is the exact same feeling I've had for awhile. That is our place with Jesus at this moment. God wants this awakening more than we do. All he is asking us to do is partner with him in prayer to release His will in the earth. See the Azusa St. Revival didn't just happen. It was prayed in by a group of intercessors. If you are interested I will get you the audio from tonight. It is worth listening to. Very on point for the time we live in. We love you guys so much!!!! Another Jesus movement!! This is the great hope for our nation!

100 young people accept Jesus and get baptized spontaniously JESUS MOVEMENT IS HERE

We were at a young adult gathering this week where Brian Barcelona and Todd White were speaking.  Todd gave an amazing message and afterwards at the altar call we saw 100 new converts and re-dedications. Todd and Brian are both the real deal.  What you see on stage is what you see in private.  I love these two and their hearts for the generation!  Below is a video where Brian and Todd spontaneously baptized 60 of those 100!!!!  Jesus Movement Awakening is here!  Sorry for video quality.  Content makes up for it!  Love to you all!

                        

Update July 28th Video

We are getting settled here in Pasadena.  Brandon has started full-time with The Call as Lou Engle's assistant.  They are preparing for The Call Azusa Street that will be held in April 2016 at the coliseum in LA.  Book your plane and bus tickets now!! We are believing for the greatest awakening that America has ever seen.  This awakening will impact all spheres of society in America.  Watch this video where Lou is actually sharing about us and one of Carla's dreams.  God continues to give us confirmations that He is calling us to partner with Him for this awakening.  Will you partner with us in prayer for this awakening.
