Dear beloved friends,
Brandon and I have exciting news! We are headed to Pasadena, California to work with Lou Engle
and The Call for a year. We wanted
to ask for your help to get us to our next season. While we are in California,
Brandon and I will be on staff working with The Call. We will also be pouring out our lives and hearts in the house of
prayer, helping with SAFA (Spiritual Air Force Academy) and on TheCall team
organizing “The Call Azusa” stadium prayer gathering being held in the L.A.
Coliseum on April 9, 2016. We are raising
support to cover our first two months of expenses in California.
We are very excited to be reconnecting with Lou &
Therese Engle and our “Call” family, but We are most excited about the
invitation from The Lord to partner with Him in believing for an unprecedented
outpouring of the Holy Spirit that will change America as we know it. We want
to share just a few of the prophetic dreams and confirmations that have led us
to make this journey from North Carolina to California to focus our lives in
prayer and fasting for our wonderful nation.
God asked us to go to
Pasadena
In the Fall of 2014,
at a 10 year ministry reunion in Washington, D.C., we were invited to visit
Pasadena to help with the upcoming SAFA.
Given circumstances at that time we didn’t think it was the best time to
go. Well, that wasn’t the final
decision… God began to speak through our dreams. In a dream a faceless man came to Brandon and said, “you need
to have the faith to go to Pasadena this year.” I had a dream and it is shaping
my whole heart and focus for this next year. In the dream I was telling people,
“At the Azusa Street Outpouring in 1909 William Seymour prophesied that in 100
yrs another Revival was coming like Azusa Street. We are coming to Pasadena to
pray in the manifestation of a 100 year old prophecy!” We couldn’t shake these
dreams and after we settled our hearts on the fact that The Lord was asking us
to go to Pasadena we decided to submit and go! As soon as we made that decision in our hearts the dreams
stopped. Go figure :) One more note, which
is actually pretty funny, is that for a few different reasons Brandon has never
really wanted to go to California, let alone ever move there. He knows that The Lord is going to
do amazing things in America if God is pressuring him to move to California!
In order for us to go visit California for a few months
Brandon had to quit his job. It was a huge faith journey and we weren’t sure
what was waiting for us on the other side of those months. We weren’t even sure
we would survive the journey of 40 plus hours in the car to California with our
five young children. But we did, so that was a powerful sign that this was God,
ha ha!

week into our visit Brandon was helping transcribe for Lou one afternoon and when
he came home I asked Brandon if he would ever want to be Lou’s assistant
again. Brandon said “No”. Then Brandon told me later that he had
a thought as soon as he said “no” … “I wonder if Carla’s intuition is working
here?” Brandon prayed, “If it is
The Lord’s desire for me to work for Lou, have Lou ask me to be his assistant.”
That evening Brandon and Lou were praying together and Lou asked Brandon if he
would want to be his assistant. At
that moment God got Brandon’s attention pretty quickly. Brandon remembered a dream that he had
several months before in which Lou was telling Brandon “I need you out here,” (in
California). This opportunity was
definitely unexpected, yet this was a fulfillment of another dream Brandon had over
4 years ago. In this dream Lou Engle
said to Brandon, "You gave me 2 years, but you still owe me a
year!"
Another relevant dream I (Carla) had in 2012 was also
brought out from the archives. In the dream I was in an Air-force Academy. Everyone
began to load planes for a “tour”. I couldn't find my jumpsuits and I was
scrambling to find them. The Main Instructor came to find me and I thought I
would be in trouble but instead He said, "Don't worry I have your
jumpsuits and I keep them and take care of them. You just need to come as you
are." This was a huge relief to me. We got in the planes and the first
landing stop was Mott Auditorium in Pasadena, CA. Another instructor asked me, “Do you know if Lou Engle is
going to buy the Mott?” I didn’t know so I said, "I don't think anything has
been decided yet." When I had this dream Lou was living in Kansas City,
MO, and didn’t make sense, but today Lou Engle is in Pasadena and he has his
office and “Air Force” school in the Mott Auditorium! His school is called SAFA, the Spiritual
Air Force Academy!! You can’t make this kind of stuff up!! This is such a confirmation to be part
of this next season for the prayer community in Pasadena.
We believe America is
ripe and ready for another outpouring
Genuine World changing Revival and
Awakening is overdue. Human hearts
are agonizing and groaning for an encounter with their heavenly Father. Only a real experience with the Power
and Presence of God will change things! Some of Brandon’s dreams detailed this
coming Revival that will reach into all parts of society. It won’t be contained
in the walls of the church, but will break out in schools, worksites, homes,
and public places. Teachers will go into their classrooms carrying the presence
of God and children will be touched by the power of God! Men and Women will go to work and
Revival will go with them. There is ONE hope for America and His name is Jesus!
He wants to visit, deliver, and dwell in His people. There is a Hope for
the injustices of abortion, global terrorism, painful racial divides, sex
trafficking, the distressing homosexual identity crisis, and for those
suffering from illness and disease—The answer is Jesus and another Worldwide
Outpouring of the Holy Spirit!
This will be what the prophets spoke of long ago where
stadiums will be filled in America, not because of a great speaker, but because
so many have come to know the Lord! Thousands will be swept into the kingdom in
a day. The church buildings will not be able to contain them.
Just like God did with Abraham and Moses, He is looking for His
friends on the earth to invite up to the mountain of prayer to discuss the
issues of their day. In this place of prayer we are preparing to hear and agree
with Him to release the manifestation of His own plan into the earth. Just like
with Abraham, Moses, David, Elijah, and many others, we get to pray and fast to
shape the history of our generation. We embark on this mission with seriousness,
but also have much Joy in knowing we rest in the finished work of the Cross!
We feel this is a destiny
moment for our family, a season of refined purpose and defined vision! We are carrying you with us on this
journey and we are humbled if you would partner with us! We are raising support for the first two months of expenses which is $3,800.
